A framework you can read

WBengine started as the engine of a family of websites and grew into a small, tested framework. It keeps content in the database and code in a few boxes.

This page is a static box: a row in cms_boxes, a class with one method and a template, and no model. It is the simplest unit the framework has.

Its template is src/View/Central/About.tpl. Compare it with the article pages, which are dynamic boxes fed by the database.
